Important: FYTR optimizes and suggests improvements to your existing content but does not verify the accuracy of information you provide. You remain solely responsible for the truthfulness of your resume content.

5. Prohibited Uses

• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Subscription & Pricing

FYTR offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• •Free Tier: Limited tailoring credits and basic features
• •Pro Monthly: $19/month with unlimited tailoring
• •Pro Annual: $79/year (2 months free)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

• •Request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment
• •Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• •After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable
• •Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a prorated refund

8. Intellectual Property

9. AI-Generated Content

FYTR uses AI to generate suggestions, including:

• •Cover letter drafts
• •Keyword matching and optimization suggestions

Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all content before use. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in job interviews or offers.

10. Limitation of Liability

FYTR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• •Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions
• •Service interruptions or data loss
• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FYTR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
